In my opinion for good health do not need crash diets that will kill the hungry, powerless weave, nor does exercise seem to spend so much energy if not really necessary. For good health you need a balanced diet and eat moderately, if you do an exercise that is normal and will not cause any impact to the body. I do not follow any diet or exercise but I do try to watch what I eat and do not overdo the portions, I love to dance and walk so this is my year and if it was for me to lose more weight with a doctor who would know the subject to help me regulate my weight, but otherwise do not stress because I think I have good health so far and look forward as well.
